Chief Executive Officer & Board Director

Stefano is an experienced investor in the private equity and energy sector, with a track record of deals in excess of $2 billion in wind, solar, biomass and energy from waste. He has worked alongside investors to develop and build $1bn of Solar PV across Europe and North America. Most recently, Stefano founded and was the CEO of a solar PV platform with assets of 1.45GW. Previously, he worked in JPMorgan’s private equity team, creating a dedicated platform for secondary private equity investments. Stefano studied at Stanford University, Grenoble Graduate School of Business and University of Milan and holds a MSc in International Business (1st Class honours).

Margaret (Maggie) McKenna

Margaret (Maggie) McKenna

Chief Operating Officer & Board Director

Maggie is a lawyer with a background in general corporate commercial law and litigation. Maggie has managed the development of over 1300MW of solar projects in Canada and the U.S. and is managing the development of the Georgetown Project in Alberta. In previous roles, she served as general counsel and corporate secretary of a private remediation technology start-up with Canadian and U.S. operations and served as in-house counsel for a multinational real estate investment and development company. Maggie has a BA from Indiana University and a JD from John Marshall Law School. She was admitted to the Illinois State Bar and the Law Society of Alberta.

Philip Stubbs

Chief Financial Officer

Philip is a qualified Chartered Accountant. His strong financial background derives from years at Deloitte, as well as serving as finance director at an alternative investment manager, specialized in real estate, infrastructure and renewable energy, with a focus on the structuring, funding and exit of investments that ensured the delivery of strong returns to investors. He has a BSc in Physics from the University of Bristol (1st Class honours) and is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Francesco Cardi

Pandelis Vassilakakis

Chief Business Development Officer

Mr. Vassilakakis’ track record in the renewable energy industry includes developing and building over 5 GW of solar PV and wind farms over the span of his 17-year career. Mr. Vassilakakis served as VP Business Development EMEA at Talesun Energy in London, where he successfully originated and developed 150 MW of solar PV across Europe. He was also a key member of Canadian Solar Inc. (NASDAQ:CSIQ) team in New York where he served as Senior Director of Business Development and was instrumental in the origination and development of over 1,200 MW of solar PV worldwide. Prior to his corporate roles, Mr. Vassilakakis was the Founder and CEO of LEA Innovazione SRL, where he led the development and construction of over 200 MW of solar PV.

Francesco Paolo Cardi

Vice President, Development

Francesco is responsible for preparing investment materials, conducting due diligence, and delivering valuation on greenfield and M&A solar PV assets. He has been actively involved in the origination and development of 3GW+ of solar PV assets in North America, supporting the commercial and financial structuring of renewables projects, overseeing land acquisition activities, and leading the preparation and submission to Requests for Proposal issued by corporate and governmental entities to procure renewable power.

Previously, he contributed to the origination, development and sale of a solar PV pipeline totaling 1.45GW located in the UK, Italy and Canada.

Francesco holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from the University of Exeter, and a Master in Green Management, Energy and Corporate Social Responsibility at Bocconi University, in Milan.

Analyst

Misheel is a finance professional with a strong passion for renewable energy development. She actively supports the team by providing financial analysis for project valuation, conducting market reviews, and participating in the origination, development, and sale of the Company’s solar and BESS portfolio in North America.

She holds a Masters in Investment Management from the University of East Anglia with a distinction in the United Kingdom, and Bachelor’s in Financial Management from the University of Finance and Economics Mongolia. She has passed Level one of CFA and is currently working towards the CFA Qualification.

With an administrative and finance qualification from Spain, Cristina provides a wide range of administrative support to senior management and the wider team ensuring the efficient operation of the office.

Scott Kelly

Director and Executive Chair

Accomplished investor, company founder, and Board Chair with 25 years of experience in capital markets, venture exchanges and strategic communications. Proven leader, driving strategic vision, value and performance at the TMX Group (Equicom), Newstrike Brands and Wetherby Growth. Educated at Queen’s University (BA), and attended the Venture Capital Executive Program, Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.

Marcus Yang

Marcus is a financier and qualified accountant with 20+ experience. He has worked at KPMG, Deloitte, GE Capital, Royal Bank of Scotland and Wetherby Growth.

Alex Dickinson

Special Advisor, Enabling Technologies

Alex has +30 years of experience in the energy sector. He began his career in the merchant navy and became a power generation expert in submarine applications and gas turbines using hydrogen fuel. Alex was involved in the privatization of UK power stations before becoming a leader in renewable energy, with a focus on thermal renewable power plants (biomass, waste and anaerobic digestion). Currently, he is working on both hydrogen production and storage as well as Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) as an advisor and developer. Alex has worked in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the USA in various roles, including technical lead, developer, Board member and lender advisor. He has been involved in energy infrastructure projects with overall investments of over $2bn.

Paul Larkin

Advisor

Paul is an entrepreneur and Board member with +40 years of experience. He worked for many companies including New Dawn Holdings and U.S. Geothermal Inc.
