  • Stefano Romanin

    Chief Executive Officer & Board Director

    Stefano is an experienced investor in the private equity and energy sector, with a track record of deals in excess of $3 billion in solar, battery storage, wind, biomass and energy from waste. He has worked alongside investors, including Aviva Investors and Elliott Investment Management,  to develop and build more than 4GW of Solar PV and BESS across Europe and North America. Previously, he worked in JPMorgan’s private equity team, where he assessed and analyzed target companies and created a dedicated platform for secondary private equity investments. Stefano studied at Stanford University, Grenoble Graduate School of Business and University of Milan and holds a MSc in International Business (1st Class honours).

    Chairman of the Board

    Marcus Yang is a financier and qualified accountant with over 20 years of experience. He has a diverse background working at firms like KPMG, Deloitte, GE Capital, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Wetherby Growth. Marcus brings valuable financial expertise to the company.

  • Margaret McKenna

    Chief Operating Officer & Board Director

    Maggie is a lawyer with a strong background in general corporate commercial law and litigation. Maggie has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, having overseen the development of over 3GW of solar projects across North America. Prior to her current role, she held leadership positions in multinational real estate company gaining precious knowledge in the real estate development sector. Maggie holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Juris Doctor degree. She is admitted to the bar in both Illinois and Alberta.

  • Philip Stubbs

    Chief Financial Officer

    Philip Stubbs is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong financial background gained through years at Deloitte and as finance director at an alternative investment manager focused on real estate, infrastructure, and renewable energy. His expertise lies in structuring, funding, and exiting investments that ensured the delivery of strong returns to investors. Philip holds a BSc in Physics with First Class Honours from the University of Bristol and is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

  • Francesco Paolo Cardi

    Vice President, Development

    Francesco Paolo Cardi is responsible for the development of Westbridge portfolio of assets globally. He has actively participated in the origination and development of over 3 GW of solar PV assets in North America, supporting various aspects including commercial and financial structuring, land acquisition, and proposal submissions for renewable power projects. Previously, Francesco contributed to the origination, development, and sale of a 1.45 GW solar PV pipeline across the UK, Italy, and Canada. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Green Management, Energy and Corporate Social Responsibility.

  • Scott Kelly

    Senior Advisor

    Scott is an accomplished investor, and company founder with 25 years of experience in capital markets, venture exchanges and strategic communications. Proven leader, driving strategic vision, value and performance at the TMX Group (Equicom), Newstrike Brands and Wetherby Growth. Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree and further honed his expertise through the Venture Capital Executive Program at the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.

  • Flora Nachawati

    Non-Executive Board Member

    Flora Nachawati is an experienced financial services professional with a strong background in client relationship management, corporate governance across the Luxembourg regulatory landscape. Her career spans leadership roles within major banks such as NatWest Group or ING, where she has consistently driven portfolio growth, strengthened risk frameworks, and built long-term strategic client relationships across corporate, institutional, and alternative investment sectors. Flora joined ZEDRA group in 2025 as a Senior Client Development Manager. As part of this role, she currently holds multiple directorship mandates predominantly within the Corporate sector. Flora holds a Specialized Master’s degree in International Financial Analysis and a BSc degree in International Business from NEOMA Business School.

  • Riccardo del Tufo

    Non-Executive Board Member

    Riccardo del Tufo is a Partner of The Directors’ Office, the leading practice of Independent Directors in Luxembourg.Riccardo has over 25 years of international experience in the Investment Funds Industry. Over the course of his career, he has covered various roles in Control Functions, Risk Management, Investment Management and Product Structuring. In his time with the Waystone group in Luxembourg, Riccardo has been involved in the launch and the day-to-day management of a wide spectrum of products, from UCITS long-only Funds to Alternatives (Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Infrastructure Funds and others), contributing to the Product Structuring, Investment Committees, Risk Committees. Heading a team of up to 50 members and covering all aspects of a Third-Party Management Company business, Riccardo has helped servicing a very internationally diverse client base and has been able to build strong ties within the Luxembourg Market.

  • Paul Adams

    Investors Relations EMEA

    Paul has built a series of successful Cash Equities and Equity Derivatives businesses over a 20 year career in Investment Banking, working for Royal Bank of Canada, Nomura, Lehman Brothers and WestLB Panmure.  Directly covering Asset Managers, Corporates, Wealth Managers, Pension Funds and Hedge Funds.  He bring a broad set of Capital Markets expertise across;  Corporate Advisory, Investor Relations, Equity Sales & Research, and Derivatives.  He was recently the European Head of Cash Equity and Flow Derivative Sales at Royal Bank of Canada.  Paul began his career as a Chemical Engineer, and also worked for Chubb Insurance on the Lloyds reinsurance market.  He has a BEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from Nottingham University, and is a qualified Certified Chartered Accountant.

  • Joshua Cohen

    Investors Relations North America

    Joshua has over a decade of experience across institutional equity research and portfolio management. He is currently the Managing Partner at Westbury Capital group, a long only investment manager focused on the renewable sector. Prior to this, he was an analyst at Millennium Management, a New York based long/short equity hedge fund. Joshua also spent several years as a sell-side equity research analyst at Jeffries and FBR Capital Markets.

  • Afshana Dhanji

    Senior development manager

    Afshana has over 10 years of experience in the planning and development of utility and critical infrastructure projects across Western Canada. She has previously worked at AltaLink, the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, and on the Tesla Supercharger team. Afshana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Urban Systems from McGill University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Calgary.

  • Alex Dickinson

    BESS and Alternative Fuels

    Alex Dickinson has over 30 years of experience in the energy sector. His career began in the merchant navy, and he later became a power generation expert in areas like submarine applications and hydrogen fuel gas turbines. Alex played a key role in the privatization of UK power stations and has since become a leader in renewable energy, focusing on thermal renewable power plants. Currently, he works on hydrogen production, SAF and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) as an advisor and developer. Alex has a diverse background with experience in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the USA, leading projects with over $2 billion in total investment. He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering.

    Ashley is an Executive Assistant with vast experience supporting senior and C-level executives. She thrives in fast-paced environments, effortlessly managing complex schedules, coordinating high-profile events, and seeing projects through to completion.

  • Cristina Rodriguez

    Office Manager

    Cristina Rodriguez brings a wealth of administrative and financial expertise to the team, holding qualifications from Spain. She provides a wide range of administrative support to senior management and the broader team, ensuring the efficient operation of the office.

  • Georgi Velkov

    Project Manager

    Georgi is an experienced project manager who has spent the last five years dedicating his career to renewable and sustainability-related investments and programs across Europe and North America. His expertise spans a variety of utility-scale solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects in the USA and Canada. With a proven track record in advising major financial institutions such as Barclays Bank and HSBC, Georgi has spent over 10 years advising organizations with a particular focus on location strategy. His analytical and strategic approach has consistently delivered impactful results in complex, high-stakes environments. Georgi holds a BA in International Finance and Trade and an MBA.

  • Antonio Giustino

    Special Advisor

    Antonio has held various leading roles in renewable origination and development, including as founder and COO of reNRG Partners, founder of EEE Management & Consulting, Vice President of Project Development, Engineering and Business Development at Silverpeak Renewable Investment Partners, Operations Director of America’s Clean Energy Advisory at Wood PLC, Director of Advisory Services (Americas) at Wood Group Clean Energy (formerly SgurrEnergy), among other roles. In these roles, Antonio has touched all parts of the technical development process. Antonio served in the U.S. Air Force where he was a Squadron Commander, an Instructor Pilot and a decorated veteran with multiple air medals. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas San Antonio, a Master of Science from MIT where he was a Charles Stark Draper Fellow and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Airforce Academy where he was a distinguished graduate.

  • Radhika Kuchibhatla

    Controller

    Radhika Kuchibhatla is a qualified Chartered Professional Accountant with 5 years of experience in public practice at Deloitte and Ernst and Young, where she focused on the financial audits of real estate, infrastructure, and construction clients in both Canada and the UK. Radhika holds a BCom in Accounting and International Business from the University of British Columbia and is a member of CPA Canada.

The Board

Westbridge Renewables has a strong Board of Executive and Non-Executive directors. The CEO is Stefano Romanin who has delivered more than $2bn of successful Renewables projects and has over 20 years’ experience across Capital Markets and Private Equity. The Board is chaired by Scott Kelly with 25 years of Capital Markets experience and a veteran across numerous TSX listed companies The Board has more than 200 years of aggregate experience.
