We secure the use of land with high levels of solar irradiation and proximity to energy grid interconnection in regions where governments and utilities have prioritized green energy and created supportive regulatory regimes.

Our goal is to move quickly from site identification to economic analysis and engineering planning. By aligning the right technologies to the site – combinations of Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), smart grid management, and green hydrogen – our team works to:

• Gain the support of local communities and stakeholders
• Obtain environmental, engineering and building permits
• Complete the design of the renewable energy facility
• Establish a construction plan and development agreements
• Finalize approvals from local/regional grid operators and regulators

Once a project is near or at the “ready to build” stage, we determine the best path forward for the project, stakeholders, and investors. We may monetize the permitted project, transferring it to an energy constructor/operator, utility, large corporate buyer, or investor seeking to add ESG assets to their portfolio. We may partner with a buyer, retaining a share of ownership, or establish a royalty agreement with the new operator. Depending on the nature of the project, we may also complete construction and operate the renewable energy facility.

Our objective is to generate significant multiples on invested capital from renewable energy projects while creating revenue for ongoing project originations and portfolio growth.
